I haven’t been this passionate about rap music since year nine. My friends have been sending me screen shots of my Spotify activity begging me to mix it up. I think it’s well written and has super high production value, what’s not to love?
If you could pick any musician to do the soundtrack for a short film. Who would it be? Dead or alive.
This is a tough one because it depends on the short. I recently wrote my first short inspired by DAUGHTER's latest album - If You Leave.
It just created clear images in my mind because I connected with the sound and the lyrics. Elena Tonra (Daughter) is super talented and I am looking forward to seeing what she does next.
But if I had to pick one it would be EXPLOSIONS IN THE SKY, their music always paints pictures for me.
Okay, it's nearly winter. Who's your go to artist for beating the winter blues?
I am yet to decide. This week I heard Nicholas Jaar’s side project DARKSIDE. Their new album (Psychic) is really good.
